CES strictly does NOT guarantee a job, selection, salary, client allocation, fake experience, fake payroll, fake PF, or false employment documents. Any advancement or hiring decision is made solely by third-party hiring partners based on your demonstrated technical competence.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, registering for evaluation, or enrolling in training programs offered by Cyber Expert Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our ethical academic code.
2. Training & Curriculum Standards
Our 12-week technology curricula (AI/ML, GCP Data Engineering, SOC Cybersecurity, Java+AEM, Embedded Systems) require active student participation, daily lab attendance, completion of weekly assignments, and presentation of capstone project architectures. CES reserves the right to withhold course completion credentials if minimum academic milestones are not met.
3. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention
Candidates agree never to submit falsified academic records or misrepresent past professional tenures. CES terminates services immediately with zero refund for any candidate attempting to solicit fraudulent documentation, impersonation in online assessments, or deceptive employment claims.
4. Intellectual Property
All laboratory exercises, course syllabi, 3D interactive visualizations, and branding assets (including the registered CES logo) are proprietary assets of Cyber Expert Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with services provided by Cyber Expert Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
